Shipping policy

We ship nationwide via UPS, Fedex, & USPS Priority for smaller packages. 

Due to the perishable nature of our dog bakery collection; we generally  ship Monday - Wednesday (depending on your zone) to avoid mail carriers holding your package over the weekend in hot mail carrier trucks.

If you need your order at the beginning of the week or on a Holiday, we will ship your order early with care instructions to keep your order until your event date. 

Please place your order at least 10 business days in advance (5 days for production & 5 days for shipping) so we can get it to you by your event deadline.

We carefully pack your order in our custom dog bakery boxes. Although we have no control over storms, and carrier delays, we'll make inquiries on your behalf for your shipments. Please ensure someone is available to receive your purchase as we are not responsible for left packages eaten by your neighbors' dog.
